The “Valam” training, conducted in collaboration with the Coimbatore City Police, is a modern initiative aimed at providing permanent solutions to the increasing family and mental health issues in society today. Solutions are offered for family and mental health problems caused by addiction through rehabilitation counseling, meditation, and stress management guidance.
Counseling is provided by mental health experts to address misunderstandings and conflicts between spouses. The importance of a strong and secure family structure for human life is emphasized, preventing the breakdown of families due to trivial reasons.
Appropriate counseling is also offered to address the challenges faced by female students.
